WELLA will be one of the initiatives that I would like to support. In fact, over the past months, I have consulted with groups of young lawyers, some of whom are here, and with civil society groups such as the Ethiopian Women Lawyers Association (EWLA) on the need to enhance the leadership capacities of young females in the legal profession.

Overall, this webinar gave me a solid foundation in international commercial and investment arbitration, equipping me with the knowledge to better understand and navigate this area of law.

International commercial and investment arbitration
I am a young practitioner and my takeaway [from the training] was the fact that I need to network and be open minded. Additionally, I've heard about Investment Arbitration which is a new topic to me...now I have to research on it. Educative I must say.
