What is the WELLA Fellows Program?
The Women's Excellence in Law & Leadership Academy (WELLA) Fellows Program is a leadership and professional development fellowship designed for early-career women lawyers working across academia, litigation, corporate law, public interest, and related legal fields.
The Fellowship Program operates as a give-2-gain pro bono initiative. Selected beneficiaries will receive leadership skills training and will also commit to mentoring a law student or providing pro bono legal services to society.

Who is a WELLA Fellow?
WELLA Fellows are mid-career women lawyers with 5–7 years of experience, selected for their potential, drive, and commitment to excellence. Being a Fellow is not just an honour, it's a responsibility.

Access to immersive in-person training. Pre-training virtual training with cohort peers

Step 3
Give-2-gain: Commitment to mentor a law student or provide pro bono service.
