FELLOWSHIP

What is the WELLA  Fellows Program?

The Women's Excellence in Law & Leadership Academy (WELLA) Fellows Program is a leadership and professional development fellowship designed for early-career women lawyers working across academia, litigation, corporate law, public interest, and related legal fields.

The Fellowship Program operates as a give-2-gain pro bono initiative. Selected beneficiaries will receive leadership skills training and will also commit to mentoring a law student or providing pro bono legal services to society.
